Ingredients

- 1 lb / 450g ground pork (30% fat, 70% lean)
- 1 Tbsp plus 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp ground white pepper
- 4 scallions, green parts only, thinly sliced
- 1 egg
- 1 (1-inch / 2.5cm) piece ginger, minced
- 1⁄2 cup / 120ml water

This is the viral dumpling lasagna that I will definitely be making again. It's basically like a giant dumpling and saves so much time because you don't have to fold so many dumplings at once.  It's so good and my 2-year old loved it too! Check out the full recipe video here.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Use ground pork and mix all ingredients together.
  2. Layer it in a bowl. You can also use small ramekins for individual portions.  
  3. Drop it in a steamer and steam for about 20 minutes.
  4. Drizzle with soy sauce, black vinegar and plenty of Fly By Jing's Original Sichuan Chili Crisp.
